“We are very aggressive with our match on the 401(k) program. We match 125% of the first 6% that the employee puts in. In addition to our 401(k) match, we also do a profit-sharing distribution at the end of each year. I just really believe that if you come to work with us and you spend your career working here — and a lot of our employees have been with us for a long time — at the end of that period of working together, you should have enough to walk away and retire on. It’s a value we have held from the beginning.”
